01. General Terms & Applicability

Mcw office (hereinafter referred to as "we", "the platform", or "the site") is an online betting and gaming platform operating under a licence from the Curacao Gaming Authority. These Terms & Conditions apply to all users of mcw office's services.

• Proof of address (utility bill or bank statement)
• Proof of payment method (Mobile Pay/Nagad number confirmation)

03. Payments, Deposits & Withdrawals

Mcw office supports the most widely used mobile banking methods in Bangladesh. Every transaction is processed under mcw office's security protocols.

Withdrawal Terms

• Your account must be fully verified before submitting a withdrawal request.
• Deposited funds must be wagered at least once.

Welcome Bonus

• Bonuses are valid for 30 days by default, though this may vary depending on the offer.

General Bonus Terms

05. Betting Rules & Restrictions

The following rules are mandatory for all users when betting at mcw office and apply equally to everyone.

Betting Limits

• The minimum stake per bet is ৳100.
• The maximum single bet limit is determined by event and market.
• Placing bets on the same event from multiple accounts is not permitted.
• No bets will be accepted after results have been announced.

Bet Cancellation Policy

• If an event is cancelled or suspended, the bet will be voided and the original stake returned.
• If incorrect odds are displayed due to a system error, mcw office reserves the right to void the affected bets.
• Bets on certain markets may be cancelled if the match is less than 90% complete.

Prohibited Activities

• Involvement in match-fixing or any form of fraudulent activity.
• Arbitrage betting or exploiting system vulnerabilities.
• Placing bets using bots or automated software.
• Placing bets using another person's account.

06. Responsible Gaming Policy

08. Account Suspension & Closure

• Fraudulent or suspicious activity.
• Money laundering or any illegal financial activity.

If an account is closed and no violation is found, any remaining balance will be refunded. However, if the closure is due to a rule violation, the balance may be forfeited.

09. Right to Amend Terms

Mcw office reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. For significant changes, users will be notified via email or on-site notification.

• Continued use of the site after updated terms take effect will be considered acceptance of the new terms.
• If you do not accept the updated terms, you may close your account at any time.
